Riding skills bugged

hello.. today i was doing quest in outland and for one reason my fly mount sto flying... i check my riding skills and all my riding skills was unlearned for no reason. so i go back to the stormwind to fly NPC and i relearn the riding skills and i PAY again 400 gold can i please have back my 400 gold? because is my first charachter in server and is very difficult for me to get gold.! thanks you very much! (sorry for my english)
