I'm not quite sure where to post thiss, as it's both a question and a suggestion.
So I was hanging out in Stormwind the other day and I saw this guy sending about 5-6 /say messages in a row while I always get 1min chat block after sending just 2 messages. How was that possible for him?
Also, isn't it a little bit too harsh? I read how Warmane is about socializing and stuff, and yet players get literally punished with a 1min mute after sending only 2 messages in a row (hardly a spam), which really limits random /say conversations between more than 2 players. It feels kinda oppressive and the only way to avoid it is to make a party or a separate channel just to be able to talk freely with a group of strangers, which is kind of ridiculous :/ and the mute also extends on the other channels which is extra annoying. I get it, of course, anti-spam is needed to filter spam on general channels but IMHO it shouldn't affect /say at all.
Please, don't get me wrong, I really enjoy playing on this realm, with its high population and quality scripting, it's as close to retail experience as it gets. This is the only thing that's been bugging me since I started playing on Warmane Lordaeron and I just needed to say it.
