Voting limit?

I used to play back in 2015, and noticed that voting changed. I was wondering if you could still donate twice a day or is it capped to once, it doesn't show a timer

I assume you mean if you could still "vote" twice a day. We no longer utilize vote sites. Instead, it is daily points granted on the status of your account (good standing meaning you haven't been banned in-game recently, awarding 0.5 additional points) and how many unique achievement points you have accumulated in-game. You can only collect points once per day.
