What do you mean by that you can't make a Horde toon? Did I miss something or?

I learn about server few days ago. I wanted to play on the hord side of the hardcore server. I got some error creating the toon. So I decide to make an Alliance toon and I got no error creating the character. Maybe the horde side is too full.

This is due to client errors with specific character customizations (only applies if you are using WoD models) - simply change some appearance features and the issue will disappear
