WotLK phase out

i've been phase out for more than a day now due to core update,i play on deathwing and my character name is huryaay,i cant see any player,NPCs,during core update i was doing Son of Hodir quest on my main character,there isn't much to do except roaming around world of warcraft.can u help me or tell me what to do please.by the way on my other character everything is fine.i tried heartstone,summon,died,go in instance,unstuck from server,ticket say currently experiencing high volume of partition.its still not working..tried race change aslo
