Wrath Servers - Are they Blizz like?

So i'm looking for a Wrath of the Lich King server that is blizz like. By Blizz like i mean no pay for items, no 7x leveling XP boosts or anything along these lines, just pure effort = rewards.

Are these the servers i'm looking for?

So with regards to Lordaeron, will i see a bunch of fresh level 80's running around decked in raid gear that they haven't obtained through effort but through buying it?

I don't want to waste 2 weeks levelling and wanting to experience the raiding and content to find out people are just dropping money and skipping everything.

Currently, no. On Lordaeron, it is rather uncommon to find a person with one or two marketplace purchased items, much less a character fully geared from it.

You guys need to update those info, some of them are our of date. Like:
"no character rename", it is actually possible to do it for Coins
also the UNCONFIRMED FEATURES, like
- No race change
- No faction change

It is possible both of them for Coins now
