I look on the forum but i find nothing about the new cooldown on the titanium.

Wtf, its really hard to get stuff when we come on this server.

My question is, is it blizzlike or just a new way to make money?

you haven't mentioned your realm, so I'll assume wotlk... and yes, Lordaeron core is as blizzlike-wotlk as you can get in 2016, including dynamic respawn on ores apparently

Nope, it isn't Blizzlike, there was no cooldown in 3.3, no idea why they won't remove it.
