Character loss

Hello.
EDIT: Just noticed what happened, my friend deleted all my characters because he was pissed. Is there a way to recover them back?

1. Change your password so your friend will not delete them in the future
2. go here: http://www.warmane.com/account/services
Select Realm> Select a random Character ( it does not matter which one, if 0 Character then make 1) > Select Points> Select Character Restoration

Now you should be able to see all your deleted Characters
