    Transmute titanium bar

    As the tittle says transmute titanium is buged it has CD like other transmutes but as of patch 3.3.0 it shouldnt have CD. Please fix this

    Its not exactly a bug. It has CD on previous patches and devs applied Lordaeron core on anothers Realms. Maybe they just forgot remove the cooldown

    CD was removed after TOC and later raids came up and i hope it will be followed same here
