Pandaria Can't Access PVP interface. says BlizzardUI_ couldnt load.

Hello as i mentioned in the title can't access PVP interface. says BlizzardUI_ couldnt load. I saw some solutions to download from torrent but i stay in dormitory and i dont have acces to torrent is there a way to download the folder besides torrent?

Replace my Blizzard AddOns with yours ( yours are in WoWFolder/Interface/AddOns )

Thanks for the fast reply i downloaded them also but writing /run EnableAddOn("Blizzard_PVPUI") commend solve my problem.
