Technical Client Download Broken?

Hello there, I am wondering, is the client available via the Warmane download page broken? I downloaded it, and I have a difficult time opening up the client (I need to run it as administrator or it won't run at all, and sometimes it crashes unexpectedly), and I cannot use my Guild menu in the game, because I had to disable it (If I didn't, I got a prompt saying 'that action cannot be performed', until I disabled it). It's rather annoying what's up with it, and it makes it difficult to play the game.

Is there a fix for it?

MoP? then for the "opening" problem this should be fine:
1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

What MoP client did you got? "full" or "minimal"?

At first, I had thought that I had the 'minimal installer', because when I go into new zones, it takes longer to load, and the little green/yellow/red 'loading' icon appears at the top of the screen, but just to be sure I went and downloaded the full one yesterday, and when I attempted to load it in my torrent client, it said that it was the same as the previous one I downloaded.

As far as moving it, I have. I am on windows 10. I relocated all of the WoW installers to C:\Users\Default\Games\ (The global user account location for games accessible to all users on the system)
