im not able to find a raid guild cause its a massive pally overload on this server.....
kinda pissed... and wish i rerolled @start .... dont have the time to level another char ...

if you are healer or tank many guilds willl want you lol. If you want to be retribution though i dont see why anyone would want any more of that.... Its not even top dps and there are tons of them out there... Anyway if you want to join a guild go heal or tank and everyone will welcome you. If you still cant find a guild then its your prob really.

I am prot MS and Ret OS paladin since like 6-7 years on my main, but here i am Ret MS and Holy OS. I really did not find it hard to replace ret paladin in core 10man group of guild due to my hand on class.
So if you have what it takes to be a paladin in real words, you will replace any other TDH pala

Paladins are one of the most wanted tank and by far the most wanted healer, this will stay the same for most of the expansion. Ret pally sucks till TOC/ICC. No decent guild will bring more than 1-2 Rets in a 25man raid.

With the fixes for warriors, aren't they now the de facto "best" tanks all through the wotlk expansion, just like they were on retail, or is does the stigma for prot warriors remain the same from when the bugs were still in effect? I'm strictly speaking single target, raid boss tanking. Anyone can tank a dungeon.

I personally think feral druids are the best tank overall, but yes, pally is better than warriors by a mile.

What makes you say that? Don't really see how a Feral Druid can be a better option than Paladins, Warriors, and DKs, but then again, I've never tanked as a druid in end-game.

I wish lordaeron would have armory with lots of statistics: populaton, class distribution, level distribution and so on.

Feral druids have the most armor and dmg mitigation ongame after paladins. When tanking spell dmg only unholy dk takes less dmg than feral tanks and also feral druids have the most hp from all tanks by far making them perfect for bosses that do a lot of dmg like here on warmane. Paladins are the best because they have the highest armor most %mitigation from talents and very good defensive abilities in low cooldowns.
Warriors are actually pretty week in wotlk tanking, block is less dmg reduction than savage defence(bear passive), they have less armor than bears and palas, less hp than bears, less %dmg from all sources from talents, and the only thing they are superior is shield wall.
Dks are good tanks in this expansion just not yet. Also with this buff on boss dmg their self heal is really irrelevant:)
