I still dont get why they want ToT HC in the first place.

Some say cuz of progression. so why not complain abt the other raids that arent here or the heroic mode that isnt there for those raids.

Why not work on SoO since its the main raid in MoP anyway.
ToT HC will only bring the same raid with better gear for pve.

And i agree with kritcat , pvp community is decreasing rapidly cuz no changes and seein the time it takes for a HC to be scripted, how long u think it will take to script SoO ?
Pridefull wont come out for next 1-1.5 years i guess.
wich will mean a drop in population by ALOT or even death of realm.

or maybe that is the point.

I find a PvP more fun and challanging now when they put more resilence without Prideful. There's nop situation now when locks kill you with 1 chaos bolt, warrior kills you with 3 second of burst. Now you need more skill to hit a killing blow. I know half of server are kids that wanna click like a blind and get kills but I really like that's not happening now.

Just because the set bonuses and stats arent ideal dosent mean they wont be used. Prideful gear is a higher ilvl than what we currently have and higher than what we will get in ToT HC. Even right now you can do raids just fine in PvP gear. Sure you wont be top on dps/hps but you wont suck either(assuming you know your class and boss tactics).

Did you do the any calculation of item upgrade? you do know they are gonna keep 4/4 item upgrades with ToT HC , if you do then you will know that end game ToT HC will have higer lvl then pridefull 551 witch makes your point invalid. Oh a better question then , whats the point of doing pvp when you can have higher lvl pve gear then pvp?

Point is simply PvP got pvp power bonus.

If they dont release prideful this month they wont release it untill the end of next seasson couse you cant get new gear in the middle of a seasson , thats like 3 more months and the population will drop soo low till then . Before like 2 months there was 3.5 k pple on peak time and now its like 2.5 k , t. If they dont release pridefull next seasson mop will be dead for sure , it will end like warsong.

This isn't true. Grevious gear was released mid-season, and it is very likely Prideful will do the same.

The point would be to get a placeholder item with good stats with almost no effort. And PvE gear is not easy to get FYI. First you have to kill the boss, then your desired item has to drop, then you have to win said item and finally upgrade it 4 times. As a personal example i have been clearing ToT every week since it was released on my druid and i still don't have boots from Durumu and trinket from Lei Shen. So i kept my PvP boots and have another ToT trink as a placeholder.
