I downloaded everything was fine but as soon as I logged on it said I needed to update to 4.0 whatever so I did the restart and it said it didn't support my version and now I do the same thing but it says it's downloaded but won't restart wow and when I use the wow.exe it does the same rinse and repeat. help?

It does not have to update. Log in with username not email.

just randomize the look of your character until you can successfully create.
That "error" is because you are selecting some new "hair style" from new "WoD models"
