[The Drakkensryd]: is there any way to complete this quest?

Hi all: I'm on Sons Of Hodir rep quest chain, but I'm stuck at [The Drakkensryd]... -_-

It is supposed I should use the harpoon on those flying dragons, and then fight melee with the Drakerider, but everytime I shot the harpoon I just fall down the Temple Of Storms over and over, until my hp gets to zero...

What am I doing wrong?

The quest is bugged on Deathwing realm, waiting for a GM to complete is for me. No way to do it.
