This has never happened to me before.. Today, i tried downloading the Wrath Of The Lich King client for windows (New Version of WOTLK) I clicked download and nothing happened. I used qbittorent and utorrent but there was no difference. I even tried downloading it while I was logged in. Still didn't download. What's going on?

Try with another browser. You might have the current one misconfigured.
Alternatively, you can start the download manually:
on uTorrent:
File -> Add Torrent from URL
