SOTA(strand of the ancients) is biggest abomination in WoW of a battleground,and now with this new core on DW blocks out lel freezes,h8 sota :/

I don't know, SoTA's not that bad. I always hated Temple of Kotamogo or whatever it's called. I know it's MoP, but shut up and give me a break.

All BG's that were supported in patch should be available, personal preference doesn't make a BG bad (though poor scripting/buggyness might). My favourite BG is Twin Peaks from Cataclysm, definitely something I miss when playing WOTLK even if WOTLK is my favourite expansion.

If enough people dislike a particular battleground, you could make a claim it is a bad design.

Strand of the Ancients and Isle of Conquest are the most blacklisted battlegrounds.
