Technical Bugged Character

I got asked several times to make bug reports when my character(Unnafraid-Neltharion) is clearly bugged in the sense of having missing achievements which are needed for further ones, or unable to get quests back and ending up losing the chance to finish the quest chain, since i'm a single player i can't expect that my bug report to be even seen by the community, so i'm asking to at least to get the quest(At the Stonemother's Call) back and the achievement(Explore Teldrassil)'s objectives cleared so i can repeat it.
