Items suddenly dissapearing

Does anyone have issues with this? I went off and later when i logged 5 of my items dissapeared. I asked for a refund but of course the staff ain't gonna do it, i got an answer for my ticket that only items that are bought with coins can be refunded so yeah...

Yep, I had the same problem. I lost my entire PvE retribution set, and of course they could not refund me either. A few friends of mine has also suddenly lost items, and I have heard from a few other people that they have aswell. Sad to say, suddenly losing gear has happened to a lot of people, and I hope it gets fixed asap.

I lost 10 out of 16 pvp items on my ret paladin, including my gurth. Made a ticket about it and theres nothing they can do unless you donated for the items. Guess whos not playing paladin anymore?

It has happend to a bunch of people, but its not that common and I dont think anyone knows exactly what causes it. Chanses for getting this fixed any time soon are not high.
