Ulduar out on the 27th - Still many questions to be answered

A recent announcement from Proterean showed that Ulduar will be out on the 27th. A week from tomorrow.

[Admin]Proterean: Arena season end date has been postponed by the 27th to time release in sync with Ulduar and new arena gear! To clarify, arena points will be reset but honor points will remain untouched.

Now, is there any idea if theyve buffed the Ulduar content? Last time I went on the PTR nothing was buffed. Was just wondering what its like now? Is it as buffed as much as naxx was?

Would love some clarification from a GM, I dont want to hear people throwing out random numbers. Some real answers would be great thanks!

I wanna ask this : Could you do it Warmane? I mean next week and I see 100+ bugs about Ulduar in bugtracker on pending :/ . Is this different than on PTR or something?

Ulduar is buffed on PTR but they are still tuning the buffs. It will be buffed but idk how much.
