I'm playing Wrath of lich king expansion and i want to change to catalyst but i dont know. Do i have to download the hold game again ? Or i just need to change something

you can patch manually but it's a pain in the arse. your best bet is to download the cata client.

if you upload your wotlk client to Cataclysm then you cant log-in on wotlk realms anymore with that client.
So it is way better having 2 different client: 1 for Wotlk and 1 for Cata.
So just go here: http://www.warmane.com/download and get a Cata client (it is a torrent of 12GB)

In case you do not like the torrent way you can use the Cataclysm installer which will you play and download the game at same time: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=201017

The whole file structure seemed to have changed, just download the whole new client instead of risk breaking the game
