Deathwing & Ragnaros

So from what i've heard Deathwing and Ragnaros are getting into one? So i have few questions :

1. Will you change the xp rate?
2. Will the new realm follow the same path as Lordaeron?
3. When you merge Deathwing and Ragnaros , would you save the whole character DB or you'd make it as a completely new realm?

I'd be glad if i receive an answer.

From what I've heard everything is going to be the same as it is on realms now. Only thing that will change are guild names and players names. Since players from both realms will have to transfer to a brand new server. I have also heard that after a while all characters on Ragnaros and Deathwing will be archived and saved, so people who don't transfer in time will still be able to do it after a while.

1: yes please,i personally want higher rates 10x+ would be something,i mean the higher rates are the better is,we have lord for low rates if people want one,so would be nice to see more.
2: god,no! You mean to be a 1x,nah i don't think so.(eventually we will have almoat everything scripted and fixed,with the new core just like now)
3: ofc no one wants to start from 0 again xd nor another wipe.

Well,i hope they bring the merge this month after 27th arena season ends,fee days later begining of may to announce details about transfer,but all of these are rumors.

I'd actually like to see them decrease the rate to 1x, or increase Lordaeron's player capacity.

The thing with Lordaeron's player capacity will never happen. 11k seems the top.

This merge is to cater to players who are residents of the existing Ragnaros & Deathwing realms. They play on there for their reasons, often including the XP rates. We won't be changing them.

1. No. Some people like 3x. Some people like 5x. Some people like 10x. We can't really accomodate everyone without making multiple different realms for each, so we're sticking to the middle-ground that is currently set on Deathwing & Ragnaros. It won't change from what they are currently set at.
2. The content available on the realms will be the same as what is available on Deathwing & Ragnaros (all raids/dungeons).
3. Both. Players will be allowed to transfer their characters to the new realm.

End note: Think of it as simply a merger of Ragnaros & Deathwing. While it is a newly created realm, this is only to put Ragnaros & Deathwing players on equal terms, so they both have the same chance at character & guild names. If we merged one realm into the other, instead of just merging them both into a new realm, player names on one of the realms would be screwed. For all intents and purposes, just imagine this purely and solely as a merge between the two realms. Do not think of it as a new realm.

And I was just wondering what Warmane's plans are to balance Mercy a little more? She seems to have some nice abilities with the healing staff and dps boost, but she seems quite limber and not enough HP. I feel she tends to get flattened on the field pretty easily and could just at least two buffs. One to mobility and another to HP Boost. I feel this would give her just the right amount of survival to make her truly enjoyable and worth sticking with.
