Server location?

I am trying to donate and my debit card has restrictions for certain countries that may or may not be at risk for fraudulent transactions. I would like if i could get the country that the payment is going to so i could have the restrictions removed for this particular server.

Warmane does not disclose the location of their servers. You try another card or a different payment method.

Well i am asking them to remove all restrictions. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for the advise!
