And there you have it. No notes means precisely that nothing, and I mean nothing, has changed from 3.0 to 3.1.
Heroic Dungeons dropped EoHs during 3.0, kept dropping them during 3.1.

That also means EOC should not DROP. Isn't it ?
Yes, because the big Emblem overhaul that made Heroic Dungeons and all the, well lesser raids drop the Emblem one tier below the most recent one happened in 3.2, and not before.
Therefore, the Ulduar release has no impact on what Emblem should be dropping off Heroic Dungeons.
Do note that the 3.2 notes do actually mention that both EoHs and EoVs got replaced, implying that they both still drop in 3.1.
And based on this information:
"People, please remember that Wowheads is NOT a discussion forum, it's a (fantastic) reference source. Let's keep discussion on whether the 3.2 change is bad or not, or who wins and who loses, off here please.
All a Wowhead reader wants to know is:
1. where they drop (answer - since patch 3.2, they're boss drops from every L80 raid or heroic 5 man except for the Coliseum instances, which drop Emblem of Triumph)
2. what they can be used to buy (answer - see the "Currency for" tab, remembering of course that they can also be traded for Emblems of Heroism and Valor too, which have their own "Currency for" lists)."

Btw again mate, the comment you are talking about is refered to 3.2.0 TOC patch
NVM i am not going to write here a full book of arguments facts or what so ever !
Just pointed, how it was on retail after ulduar out.
If warmane does the same it will benefit a huge community, if they don't its none of my loss because i dont need anymore gears from EOV. Already on my full T7.5 tier.

Apparently reading comprehension really is hard.Any dungeons that previously dropped [Emblems of Heroism] or [Valor], such as Naxxramas or Heroic Halls of Stone, will now drop [Emblems of Conquest] instead. Emblems of Conquest can still be converted to Valor or Heroism.

Guys, guys, let's not get into fight and let's see what the staff will confirm, whether the Heroism drop is right or if it should drop Valor.
There should be no doubt whatsoever that this (ie, Dungeons still dropping EoH) indeed is intended. After all, that`s the way it worked, back then on retail.
I can`t recall anyone saying that this is subject to a Lord feature
Agreed, thats why i said
