Now that Ulduar is out, I would greatly appreciate if an experienced warrior with great knowledge could make an bis list for dps Warriors on this patch.
I would also like to know at what point do fury surpass arms in singeltarget dps. And should i be going for the softcap with armorpen, with trinket procs?

Yes to this. Get Grim Toll or Mjollnir Runestone and then go for ArP.
