WotLK keep getting error creating character

I downloaded the wotlk client with new models and everytime I try to make anew character it gives me the error creating character when a name is available when its not it says not available.

i am not sure if this will help, but it could be the character model; not the name. keep trying the random model generator for the model

stop seleceting new WoD hair style and you will be able to create the character, you will able to use those hair style at barber shop afterwards

Change hairstyle, but barber might not work as above poster said. I tried changing mine, and it kept crashing the game, lol.
