why balance dmg is not that good ? (mop expansion)

hello guys , the balance dmg in mop is not that good , starsurge deals 23k dmg without eclipse , even we have good heal , but our dmg is bad compared to other classes like elemental shamans/warriors etc... if we are dueling a retribution paladin in duel , even skilled balance cant win , retribution heals is equal to our dmg , and if we are dueling ww monks , its impossible to win them!! much stuns and heal and our dmg is low!! i can rate balance as a class of 75% dmg and 25% heal , and balance burst is really useless (the spells of burst ) we just get the spell that apply moonfire and sunfire at the same time!! our burst is really useless !!! balance dmg should be improved at burst at least , when balance duel a fire mage , its really worst , fire mage can silence every 24 sec (20 sec if silence success with gear set ) dragon breath for 4 sec every 20 sec , deep freeze every 30 sec for 5 sec!! polymorph for 7 sec ( polymorph dont works in druid if he is in form) , stun for 3 sec every 45 sec , and ring of frost or frostjaw !!! so much + alter time !!! and then he do the same because cooldowns reset and he deal much dmg!!! for warrior!!! 2 stuns + the charge stun !! and 2 reflects!! and at 35% hp , balance dmg is low and warrior regen 3% hp per sec which is equal to balance dmg !! for elementals shamans , to kill them you must kite at pillars and wait for his mana to end so he cant heal and you win! warlock can ez regen to full hp and spam fear fear fear fear , for bm hunters you cant heal their dmg , 2 hunters in arena 1 shot me in 2 sec from 70% hp to 0% hp!! , but balance cant even deal a good dmg at burst! !what we need is some improvement to balance dmg and thanks!

If the spells are bug report it as a bug in the bug tracker. If not, they won't increase the damage just cause you ask.

How about you link us your armory so we can tell you what are you doing wrong because balance druids are actually doing well in terms of dps.
