Technical Coins and problem with Shadowmourne

I bought 360 coins, that is 300 USD. I purchased the Shadowmourne item and lvl 80, I got the lvl 80 but not the Shadowmourne. I had it in mail but I couldnt take it. I went on close, it closes. I went right click on it, nothing, left click on it, nothing. I went return and it is completelly gone. Its been an hour almost from it. I need help and this is a serious isssue. It is 150USD...

Go to MY ACCOUNT->Support--> select Item missing and pick the SM you just bought and explain what you just said in the ticket. in case it doesn't appear try the same on Item Misbuy.
