Implement old dungeon finder?

First, I am not asking to bring back the dungeon finder that you queue up for. Is there any way to implement the very old dungeon finder in which you would select the dungeons you were interested in, and other people then had to whisper you?

Might help with the mass spam in global chat for low level dungeons.

There are a few suggestions like this in the "Suggestions & Changes", where they belong. The most well liked or wanted one seems to be "Random Dungeon Finder, but without the instant teleportation to the dungeon", which is something I'd rather like to see over a flat "No RDF period" plan.

I'm sure Warmane will come up with something, because as it stands certain items and achievements can only be obtained through the Random Dungeon Finder, without which leaves a part of the game staring at you uncompletable.

I also think the old group finder would be a great tool / asset in finding players for dungeons and group questing. Can't quest as a healer so not many people for healers... You think you do but you don't comming from devs to this is a joke, they should listen to the players not them selves.
