Pandaria faction change problems

Hello guys.
I am having trouble faction changing one of my horde alts to alliance.
I do everithing and when it comes to the actual change itself the screen freezes with "Updating faction"
I know that most of the times the game just needs a bit more time but I am at this screen almost an hour now.
Would love your cooperation on this matter.

what is the name of your character?

new one is Shocknorris

oh, did you change the name during the change faction process? then tell me the previous name

maybe the problem is because you are trying to change the name too, usually players just wait for 3-4 minutes then they restart the client and their characters succesfully changed faction

maybe but I faction changed another alt 1 month ago with name as well

before to use the faction change try to leave your guild first
