So I know i'm going to get some trolls here, but still, here we go.
Yes, this is a "hardcore" server, whatever that means, but I don't think this should mean fights should be this ridiculous.
First of, why is Naxxramas still overtuned?
Naxxramas 10 is now litteraly irrelevant, yet it is still so buffed it requires an overall GS higher then the loots in the raid, and a very specific comp / strats. This is WOTLK, its the expension where all classes / specs are meant to be viable and playable, yet here we are making very specific raid setups to kill stuff just because of ******ed buffs (this doesn't concern only Naxx 10 though)
Conclusion : Remove Naxx 10 buff
Naxxramas 25 is still kinda relevant, but also overtuned. Why? Because if you're a new level 80 on the server, or a new guild, you currently still have to go through the hard process of farming HCs and a few MONTHS of overtuned naxxramas just to catch up on Ulduar because its so ridiculously buffed too.
Conclusion: Reduce by half Naxx 25 buff (if not more)
Ulduar 10, I haven't tried it out yet, but from what I've seen although doable it seems very hard and needs a nerf. Nothing crazy, but still a nerf.
Ulduar 25 well Leviathan is okay, just as it should be, Ignis, XT, Kologarn and Hodir could use a little Hp and damage reduction but are okay.
Razorscale on the other hand is impossible. I don't care if that one guild that tryharded it for 10 hours got a kill using a very specific setup kitting adds or dancing naked in the moonlight, Razorscale is ******ed and NEEDS a nerf.
I will not even go over some HC fights because well, pretty even the staff noticed they are overtuned as hell and needs a massive nerf. 96M HP XT HC, lol.
Now as far as Freya, Thorim, Mimiron and so on goes, they need a nerf in HP by about 30% to be close to anything I may call "fine".
Regarding the Council, making the stormcaller immune to kick is like.... Well what? Isn't this blizzlike? Isn't it the strat to kick his casts?
Now overall Ulduar 25 is overtuned, even for fully BIS naxx / OS / EOE raids, not to mention the fact that it's unaccessible for newcomers.
Some bosses that I mentionned only need a small nerf (10 - 30% at best), while others would still be tough with a 50% nerf, which is dumb.
Most feedback I heard other then people trying to showoff like "we killed it, so it's doable, stop complaining" is that Ulduar is currently not viable, not fun, and most guilds are having people leaving because of this or seriously considering to stop raiding, as so am I.
Don't confuse Hardcore with dumb, and hard fights with just overtuned bosses with dumb HP. Lava on obsidium sanctum one shotting? Sure, thats hardcore, thats the strat, should be avoided, don't mind if its buffed.
1M HP adds on razorscale hitting stronger then Patchwerk in naxx? Bosses with a ton of HP? Thats not hardcore, its stupid.
Also, please fix Emalon 25 and reduce his HP as well.
