They haven't yet finished one expansion out of three completely and you want them to get a fourth one. Cataclysm players might hate you if they'd read this. Altho never mind, from what I've seen on forums there aren't many people like me (who liked Warlords), so cata would still get more attention.

There are other private servers that do WoD, you are free to go play on them if you want. Google is your friend.

There are exacly 0 reasons to want a private WOD server, if you dont have money to pay 15$ a month i think you have more important things to do than playing games
