    Haven't played since Vanilla.

Back in the good old days (now 24 years old), was a hardcore WoW player in Vanilla. Quit slightly after due to a massive workload and then never went back.

Now I know a lots changed, but I've heard within WoW itself you can get to 1-100 in 24 hours? the hell? for me to get to 60 took months.

Wanting to know with the server Lordaeron if it's the old school levelling time? :)

    Hope so!

    Thanks <3

You were a hardcore vanilla raider when you were 14?

Anyway if you are interested in a vanilla or old school leveling experience you won't find it here. This is Wrath of the Lich King where even without Random Dungeon Finder leveling is leagues easier than it was in vanilla. Leveling is still enjoyable, and the time it took an experienced player to get from 1-60 will be about the same amount of time it will take a person to get from 1-80.

You can probably level up to 80 in a week or two here on Lordaeron if you no-life it. Otherwise, it will probably take you a bit longer than that.

No it's not the old school vanilla leveling time, however many people spend months irl leveling from 1-80, especially if they haven't played vanilla-wotlk content before. Leveling is much easier in wotlk than it was on vanilla, but it's a lot harder in wotlk than it is on retail wow. Welcome back and hope you enjoy your stay.

The server is not blizzlike so leveling won't be as easy as it was in retail wotlk (lack of dungeon finder, its rewards-exp, nerfed pvp exp bg, no heirlooms...) , it's cool, takes time and sometimes you need help from other people. You have time to make a lot of quests and run the dungeons.

I don't think PvP exp or spamming dungeon finder has ever really been faster than questing tbh.

Questing has always been faster than dungeon finder, except when you have quests to a dungeon. Anyways Dungeon finder wasnt introduced at the start of wotlk Anyways so doesnt really matter. BG exp was a nice bonus on retail, but not really a way to lvl up.
