I just saw that there are Deadly Gladiator's Weapons and Armor... isn't that P2W :/ Hope they keep it only to this Gladiator's set without any further update to Furious/Rele and Wrathful gear. Nor any trinkets. Those are enough..

I guess you could argue that it's P2W, but consider the fact that these items are very expensive, as well as being of an item level that is lower than what you can aquire the normal way. Deadly items are last season, and the current gear (Furious) is several item levels higher.
I believe they add items to the store which is one tier lower than what you at that time can aquire through normal PvE or PvP.
The high prices makes is very unlikely that people will buy more than one piece, and even if they do it will not be the best gear abailable.
Also, consider that playing for free on a server means that they need to get their income from somewhere else. Be it something similar to the store, or monthly subs. They do have bills to pay to keep this server up.

Its def not p2w. Only a stupid person would spend 55 coins on a weapon that you can get literally a day or two after you hit 80.And 50 coins is what,50 euros ?
