Emblem of Heroism

Why does these still drop from dungeons?
When ulduar came out on retail, they changed so valor dropped instead of heroism from any dungeons.

The only thing I can find is this change in 3.2.0:
Any dungeons that previously dropped Emblems of Heroism or Valor, such as Naxxramas or Heroic Halls of Stone, will now drop Emblems of Conquest instead. Emblems of Conquest can still be converted to Valor or Heroism. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/game/patch-notes/3-2-0

heroism emblems are totally useless...my blue chest piece from wyrmrest was better than the t7 piece that costs 80 heroic tokens...also pretty much for everything else,AN HC belt is better than heroism one,kirin tor exalted gloves are better than heroism ones...the heck.

Emblem gear are a safety net to get something out of running heroics/raids when you're unlucky on drops

It would make the most sense for dungeons to drop valor right now.
