I have mage Ilvl 398 , i cant dps more than 30k even while burst on arcane, or even in fire ... i am very sure my gem, gear reforge,enchants,glyph,rotation etc.. is correct ..
but my mage cant pass any higher than 30k .. you all know how arcane mage can do .. and how easy is to do 30k dps on normal mage.. i dont know whats wrong with my mage , is it just me or anyone have problem like this . im playing for like two years now.. i make a ticket and Gm say create ingame ticket . well i create ingame ticket and again Gm ask me to goto warmane bug tracker ... well they just point where to go " WITHOUT FIXING THE BUG OR DO A THING THAT MATTERS" (goto this site , submit ticket, goto this site see if the bug is fix or not....hhhmmmm its been more than 6 months now ) ... anyone have this type of problem..? anyone know any solution?

The solution is to stop thinking that Warmane got the same priorities as retail.

someone that plays mage please correct me if I'm wrong, but Arcane Potency talent does nothing that I know of, sure it shows visual but 100 casts with and 100 casts without the buff have the exactly same crit chance... so arcane is doing somewhat less dps than it should
additionally not sure mastery scales all that well, heard there's some mastery caps or something (about a year ago, not sure if it's changed since)

Arcane Potency talent 100% broken. Arcane mastery not scaling as it should and this is why you see Arcane mages going crit. Fire mages ignite is not stacking making it a "HUGE" dps lost. This is why no one plays fire in pve even though, it outperforms Arcane in many fights. I would love to see ignite working as it should, but I doubt they are even trying to fix it since months have passed and they have only fixed minor class bugs ( by minor " fixing orb, but not ignite ").

Honestly I saw some topics about ignite not stacking, yet they want proofs how it was stacking on global to make it similiar to blizzlike stacking.
Search for the topics in Mage section on forum, u`ll see that warmane staff is avoids fixing this bug.
Now 400 fmage cant get ignite higher than 14k and even tho, combust is ticking for 12k while we have stacked around 30k dots. Its like warmane staff wants us to play arcane ^^
