Just wanted to say thank you to everyone that offered up some support and help. Very kind of you to come help me when I did need it. I got everything worked out, as MadCheshire suggested I went out and did 2 daily Normal dungeon quest for the rep items for SoH and it boosted me into Friendly. So it worked! Woot, now I can move on from this, take care and thank you again!

In these specific case's you need to be Online at the time of Ticket answer, A ***** yes a pain in the *** yes but thats timezones for you.
get an Auto message flood addon log in make the ticket send urself wispers so u dont get logged out and it should be fixed in Max 2 Days

The quartermaster disappeared for me after Deathwing's new core swap, even tho I already did the chain quest before the swap. I just took this quest and the quartermaster reappeared. hope this helps

Sort of, but that's what's been going on all along anyways. If i drop FoaA, everyone disappears, if I retaike it, they reappear, but even if they reappear i'm not friendly with them and can attack them, so i can't talk to king Jokkum without attacking him and getting raped.
Oh, but thank you for the reply. I think the only two ways of dealing with this is perchance a gm actually gets it right and resets a bunch of quest for me or I just level my 55 rogue and send BoA shoulder enchants to my dk from him.

Dunno what to say, check the reputation tab and see if you're marked "At war" with them. If this was on one of the higher rated realms, I'd suggest remaking your dk, since it's really not that hard to lvl from 55 to 80. Also , are you really fussing about that 15/20 crit rating enchant, or am I missing something?

The npc's are yellow and attackable with me and yes I'm at war with them, I did ask a GM if they could simply move my bar from Neutral to friendly and he didn't really say if he could or not, all he said was i have to do "A Spark of Hope" (that which is mentioned in my OP to), but I can't as the mobs no longer wanna drop the item for me (trust me, i went out there and tried as this is what the GM suggested I do).
Does it matter why I want the rep? Maybe I'm a perfectionist and just want the rep done, maybe I'm an elitiest and just want the best items that I can get, maybe I want the achievement or the mount? I don't see how this is really helping me cause.

You can buy tokens in dalaran to increase rep with sons of hodir and other factions. Tokens are bought from this npc using emblem of triumph.

Why don't you just get the pvp one, you'll be missing 15 crit rating. Are you seriously this upset about 15 crit rating

Also check that you aren't "at war" with them in your reputation tab.
