    Lordaeron 600 Minutes Queue

Nostalrius had 15K max players concurrently, is it far fetched to think Warmane will in the near future increase their cap to 15K or beyond without adding any lag/Delay? I want the Player Cap to grow in size but don't get me wrong, Server Performance is far more important IMO, 12K isn't cutting it, these queues are absolutely atrocious, 600 Minutes in queue is like, damn, yeah.

    Thoughts/Insights?

The server cap will have to increase soon, many more players will come and the queues will be too high.

yeah i've kind of had to go hardcore about it. Stay up late in America ( hoping its not a maintenance time ) Then I set my alarm just to literally turn on the PC log on , and go back to sleep for another 3 ****ing hours and set my alarm again to start my day.

I might not even play lol, but being able to play whenever I want because I can sit in the character select screen for 4 hours is pretty great. oh wait. about to go run an errand? press down arrow on keyboard, then press up arrow on keyboard. boom another 4 hours of me sitting in character select screen.

Hey! you can't blame me, if the ques weren't so god damn stupid then yeah I wouldn't resort to this.

Agreed. I've heard they aren't able to push the hardware beyond the 12k we are at but it does suck that there are potentially 15k people all trying to play on one server at the same time.

''3 minutes remaining" for 4 hours now and I advanced 300 slots... Yay!

I just noticed that you can skip the queues in Lordaeron by spending 5 coins, spending 5 coins allows you to skip all the queues for 30 Days.

I think that's great and if anything warmane could charge more for Skipping Queues by selling this feature as a separate perk from using warmane Coins.

The issue is that Warmane doesn't make this clear, I've been playing in Warmane for well over 3 months now and all this time I thought it was impossible to skip queues in Lordaeron, no matter what. Just a small portion of the players check the forums and you have to go deep to find how to skip warmane queues.

Most people like me would just assume that there's no way around it, people coming from Retail that are no familiar with "Queue skipping", people who aren't willing to buy gear or anything that gives us an advantage because we want to Re-Experience the game just like we did on Retail so many years ago, people like us have it hard to even realize we can donate to skip the queues in Lordaeron and more so when you realize how little is the number of people playing in Warmane that actually even visits its forums.

I think Warmane should make this clear for every new user, they could even setup a Retail-Like subscription fee for 5-10$ Monthly for having the ability to ONLY Skip queues, this money should then be used for improving the server, AKA increasing performance beyond what we have now and then increasing the Player Caps without hurting server performance.

I believe a monthly fee like this for skipping queues would be extremely healthy for the server and I'd like to Believe that the current administration would make use of this money to improve server performance and caps, so even the Free To Play players would end up benefiting because of higher que caps.

Hell, they could go as far as creating WoW tokens that gives 30 days of Queue Skipping time instead of game time, but this I admit would affect the server economy somewhat so I'm not entirely sure, also there's the argument that this would no longer be Blizzlike which is valid because even if Blizzard does it now, it wasn't present during WOTLK.

I was about to come in and post about this issue. The queues are... well... ******ed! Though there are some benefits to playing on a full server, i now regret not having gone with the lighter server. But since i absolutely detest leveling, i am stuck here. No way i´m starting all over again. What pisses me off beyond belief, is that a lot of those currently playing are gold sellers, taking up precious server space. Everyday i see countless ban messages, yet everyday i get annoying whispers and letters, they are breeding like wabbits! Get lost gold sellers, and let me the f.. in!

Why should we have to pay monthly to do it? We might as well play on retail

Don't worry some players like 15%-30% of lordaeron might come back once merge happens so you won't have queues,or atleast so high queues.

Why should you not have to pay for a service you're using? This is like life 101.

IMO the 5 coins for 30 days queue skipping on Lordaeron is not that bad,it`s healthy for the server,i don`t know where i`ve read that Lordaeron didn`t attract so much funds and donors as expected,so as long as it remains 5 coins and not more,it`s good.I`d only wish they`d add more options(ways) to donate, the current ways don`t appeal to alll the players.
