Where is this server at PVE wise?

I'm wondering because I only enjoyed the first two raid tiers (MSV, HoF, ToES, ToT) of MoP in retail, SoO utterly ruined MoP for me.
If the server is at SoO progression I won't bother joining

It is currently transitioning into SoO but that raid is incomplete. HoF ToES and ToT (HC mode too) work afaik. Im currently on a pve guild, and it is lots of fun.

We currently have all of the Raids On both Normal and Heroic (i believe so) Working beside Siege of Orgrimmar which only 4 Boss are currently scripted-ish and more to come soon.
And also LFR works as well.
