I just read the post : http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325598 about ninja looter, and after some experiences in game, now i'm a bit confused.
Just I want to understand what i can do when I'm raid leader without occurs some risks.
I want to bring a particular case and analyze a central part of the previous post of Staff, that i linked before. (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325598)
POINT 1:

This is the first problem that i'm considering.
How demostrate that somethings is reserved?
It's evident that when I enter in some raids, i dont screen the recruiting message in global : lf 3 dps bla bla bla and that item is reserved.
So when raid leader takes something for himself it's just late for demostrate the ninja loot.
POINT 2:
As I said u wanna bring a particulary case.
I was in a ICC 25hc, Stefoo was the leader. Boss drops :http://www.wowhead.com/item=50032/de...rgeons-sleeves
First screen: u can see that i won roll: (there is the chat message with my roll (93), and there is the Raid Leader's addon message that declares the winner.
......
At this point, in raid started the flame and raid leader insulted me, because he considered the item is not for warlock demo. (it's biss for demo btw)
And he took it for him, as u can see in next screen.
....

For regulation it's a easy ninja report, but....
Gm in ticket, brounght me in confusion, because he has written that it's not a ninja loot.
So I want to understand what is considered ninja loot or not.
It's not a flame post. I just want more trasparency and more clarity on this argument.

to report someone as a ninja you need a screenshot of the loot rules from the leader, and you also need a screenshot of those loot rules being broken. simply showing a screenshot of you not getting an item isn't enough.

There is the screenshot of the loot. And there is the name of the loot in roll from LEADER's addon for roll.
U can see also the rolls, and the winner, and also u can see lead that took the loot.

The loots were :

And u can see drops in the windows of loots.
The raid's members at the moment of screen are rolling the seal-of-many-mouths, in fact I returned back in chat for screen all, when i realyzed that they ninjed loot.

That's still not loot rules. Loot rules have to be announced by the leader at the beginning of raid and they include reserved items and and restrictions for rolling on specific items. You need a screenshot of chat messages with those rules. The thread you linked lists all the screenshots you need.

There was nothing reserved and nothing restricted. But how can I demostrate it? If Lead dont reserve nothing what can I screen for prove it?
Btw, you can easy see from screenshot that Lead rolled the loot (it's clear in screen) so it' was not reserved.
Furthermore:
1) Lead's addon announces: DESTRULOCK WON [DEAT SURGEON'S SLAVES]. So he rolled it.
2) Loot was not for retripala.
Btw as I said in my first post, that drop it's a biss for DemoLock. This is a problem because, if u go in a raid and u got a tard leader, he can decides what is good or not for other raid members and maybe he doesn't know nothing about it.Edited: May 16, 2016

If he does not announce anything you can ask in raid chat if there are any specific loot rules and screenshot his answer. In this case it looks obvious but there is no screenshot of loot rules to prove that there was nothing that could justify it. He might have announced that he rolls for holy spec but an item with spirit still wouldn't be that good for it. So it's pretty obvious that he shouldn't have taken the item but required screenshots are still missing.

Btw also if he said " i roll ms healer". He lost roll (and i repeat that it's an evidence that proves it was not reserved), so it is or not a ninja loot?
I think all the evidences prove it clearly, and i dont understand why Gm dont want to take some form of restriction.
Actually i can enter in icc25hc with my warr and need plate item with intellect, and noone can tells me something, because this is the same case.

I would say that it is ninja looting. And I didn't mean that rolling for holy spec alone would justify it. But it was probably not accepted because there are no proofs that he didn't announce some specific loot rules that would prevent you from rolling on the item.

But, why he rolled it if it's reserved for leader?
Btw i'm sure that he took item and gave it to someone in the raid, because when i won roll, some ppl start to flame " it's bad for lock !! it's not for lock !!!" and they started to wisp me with insults.
Gm just can inspect him and see if he has got that item, and maybe controls the log.
Surely he gave to his friend in raid.

He might have given it to 2nd highest roll. There were problems with master loot before that he could not give items to someone who went away before boss was looted. If that still happens then he was probably unable to give it to 2nd highest roll directly.

Why he had to give loot to the second ? Just because raid started to flame about me?
They spam so raid leader accept spam and give item to other man?
It's this normal?
