Everybody agrees that Battleground queue times on the new core are ridiculous long.
But what causes this problem? Well it's pretty easy. Right now Battlegrounds open once there are 5 players on every faction in queue, like 5v5. After that the queue allows 1 player per player for each faction. You will never see 5v10 unless 5 players of 1 faction didn't join the battleground or already left it.
Before the core swap Battlegrounds had no ****ing range to fill up. Queues were handed for as long as there was a free spot in an open battleground. Right now every battleground has open spots which can't be filled because of again, a bad system.
But what does that have to do with these super long queues? Everything. The warmane staff should change this kind of queue system which results in av's almost never filling up, mega long queues and poor quality pvp. Come on Warmane, we know you can do it but the real question is, why DON'T you guys WANT to change this?
It's simple to solve, make the range larger than 1 per 1 even if this leads to 40 v 20 alterac valleys (which is normal).
This is not only on Deathwing/Ragnaros but also on Lordaeron. Just to give an example to show how severe this situation is, although I have my doubts that anyone with the power to fix this will actually care about the issue.
This is the daily routine for the casual Lordaeron player. Hardcore settings = Hardcore queue times I guess?
