Donating with Net+ card?

Hey guys,

trying to donate using a neteller mastercard, however it tells me 'transaction denied' everytime. When looking at my neteller it doesn't show any failed transactions, so it seems as if it never got through in the first place.
Are neteller cards not accepted whatsoever? Any other reason why it fails?
