How is PvP at level 80? I'm not interested in answers about arena since I don't participate. Are there any critical bugs that makes PvP unfair or unplayable? Are there many people doing PvP? How often does each faction win each BG, and so on? How is world PvP? Any info about PvP except arena is welcome! Also, what classes do you most frequently see PvPing? I've seen mostly holy paladins in PvP gear, so I take it there's many of those?

BG queue times are fine for both factions as far as I know. Not too many game breaking bugs. Some yes, but pvp is still playable. There is enough people playing pvp to have active BGs and wPvP, but sure could use more people. There is more paladins than other classes, at least that is how it was last time warmane published statistics.
All things considered, could be worse, could be better.

Everything is pretty decent. If you love alterac valley you're gonna have A BLAST doing bgs at 80 since 70% of rbg queues is AV 25% Sota and wg/eots 5% xd

No. It's blizzlike to get more 40man BGs than 15man/10man BGs.

Not totally accurate. Yes, alterac valley is very frequent, but it really depends at what time you queue (evening = AV for sure...)
