Can we get Alterac Valley off the bg que cycle?

I agree with this, esp the 3rd choice sounds most reasonable. As a player with 20k+ kills I can confirm that chance of getting AV is more than 50%, maybe even more. I personally like alterac but the problem is usually not enough players and bg ending after 5 minutes. Then it is only about having more kills than the opposite faction thus lowering their resources and eventually winning the battleground when the time is up. Whats the point of this? Ppl might get honor faster that way, but thats not enjoyable if U are doing bgs for fun. Sure there might be some epic fights from time to time but "not enough players" happens way too much.

Yo and those of U saying we should que for specific dungeons, I recommend U trying that, U wont get a que pop even after one hour cuz these bgs are not connected to random battlegrounds for some reason. So no, thank you.

I agree. It's over 50% of the times AV, of which a considerable amount will end within 5 minutes.

And yes, queueing for a specific battleground does not seem to work at all. I've been in custom queue for WSG for over an hour, no BG. Go random, get instant WSG...

If you Google "random battleground always Alterac Valley", you would see this happened in retail as well. It has something to do with how battlegrounds are selected and because Alterac Valley needs more players and usually lasts longer than other battlegrounds, it appears more often.

Really the only thing that needs to be fixed is the single battleground queue.

Yesterday i queued random bg and got an alterac just starting, a friend wanted to bg with me while i was in it (started since 30sec) i told him "queue rbg you'll get in my AV we're 15v18" => He entered another starting alterac 15v15.

On intensive queuing day i can get ONLY alteracs, in my stats I have 50AV for 140bg (36% of my BG when it should be 25%: WSG-AB-EotS-AV)

+ Balinda and Vandar are weaker than Galv / Drek'thar

+ most people turtle so you're sure to get a 30min+ AV when it's above 20v20

+ why so many procs under 20v20?

Usually I'm happy when a server has AV running, here I would be happy if the dev team decided to delete it from the rotation.

But the ideal solution would be to lower the chance of getting an AV.

RBG on warmane is in translation AV atleast in my experience. Every 3rd or 4th rbg is not AV

Stop crying. It is fine like this, random is random. It's not our fault that the game doesn't like you to make you fall into av each time you queue. There are still lots of people who enjoy AV (like me) and don't want it disabled. So play the game like it is or leave

I don't really agree with those who are saying it's too frequent. It's because there are that many people playing.

I usually BG from around 7:00pm - 11:00pm EST and I've seen it fill up to 40v40 more often than not.

Onviously there is something wrong with this BG. Right now there are 2 AV running, BG #1 and BG #3. None of them are full. So why the sistem feel like opening 2 40man bg without filling the first?

The reason I asked for moderators, was that they might have a better insight of what the server can and will (or will not) do to fix this "issue".

I already hit exalted with the AV faction while being fresh friendly with wsg/ab. So much for randomness. I don´t see why you wouldn´t want to limit BG, that arguably pops more often than others and makes half of the players go AFK.

Dinged new alt and did bgs most of the day. 20k Honor farmed, only been in AV and still missing Win Alterac Valley Achievement. (20k Honor with loses = 10-15 bgs?) People still think that this is fine?
