Guild Items

So i can only see certain items in the guild vendor, but most of the items that i should've been able to see and purchase are not there. For example the guild companions or banners that increase the reputation gain when used in areas. Is there something that i missed or is there a bug overall?
Edit: I do know about the guild reputation limits and i am speaking of those that i should be able to see.

Only friendly reputation companion is obtainable on alliance, other one isn't getting sold by vendor.
But if you are horde, you can get even honored reputation one
