Can't create a character!!!

Been trying for days and it keeps telling me "Error Creating Character". Heeelp :(

make sure u have less then 50 characters server wide or just try from different account.

Try a different haircut. The new client has haircuts added in mop and cata. If you selected one of them, you get that error.

I installed everything yesterday and today I started to play on deathwing as alot of my friends play there. However everytime I try to create a chatacter it says character creation is disabled...PLEASE HELP !!!!!
