2 level 80 characters missing from my account that I spent coins on. I logged into the warmane website and it says nothing about the merge progress anywhere.
Where do I go next?
I guess those of us who hadn't played on deathwing in the last 30 days are just completely ****ed. Would have been nice to get a warning about that......................

Obviously, yours are in the minority left. Inactive characters will need to be manually transferred afaik.

God help the people who don't know about the icecrown merge. may their characters, time and money rip in peace.
How can I contact a GM about this? the only option in the account CP is for ban appeals lol. I guess that's the only reason anyone could possibly want to contact a GM...Edited: May 21, 2016

We have a huge post in the Latest News, we have the information in the website and you sound like either a blind person or having ill intentions to state something like that.
In the main forum page you can see
Contact a Game Master.
Contact a Forum Moderator.
Contact a Community manager.
I think you are just lazy to search.

This is why I post here, I've seen screenshots showing what you're describing, but in my account CP none of my characters are listed in any form, only in the coin purchase history and when I go to the store and select deathwing etc.
I didn't realize we were supposed to do tickets through the forums, the support button on the account CP page lets you create tickets, and I assumed there was something in there.

I just clicked "contact a game master" on the forum, but it redirects me to "GM group (invite only)" is that normal?
I don't mean to be so negative it's just I have no idea to expect when my characters aren't listed in the account cp as waiting or anything, when everyone else's seems to be at least listed there.

Actually NO the only post about mail not being transferred was "1" day ago. That was not sufficient notice...

Actually YES. Anyone who knows anything about realm transfers on this game KNOW that **** does not get transferred. If you didn't know, you should've probably asked someone ffs.

This was also NOT a realm transfer, it was specifically called a MERGE. and as I said the only thing mentioned of LOSS was guilds and guild banks.. Now if you actually have something intelligent to add then im all eyes. If not then, well you know.

Technically it was just a whole lot of realm transfers.
In any case, warnings have been quite over the place

Manual "merge" of characters by their account owner once #1 is complete. (next 12 hours or so)
