I want to learn to play Frost DK (mainly dps, tank off), I can see that the class is fun and I like DW fast attacking mixed with spells.
However I'm having trouble with the runes, converting to death runes, properly keeping an eye on them and such. Never played DK before.
I've read some guides and such but not that helpful in terms of complete noob/newb.

If anyone wants to help me out, leave a comment here or PM me. We will go to instant 80 realm for obvious resasons.

You convert Blood runes to Death Runes using Blood Strike and Pestilence(+ Glyph of Disease), so when you start you can make things real simple, apply diseases, one obliterate and while your unholy+frost runes are on CD use Blood Strike and refresh disease duration with Pestilence(this will lower burst a bit, but you will gain later with fluent and simple rune recycling). At that point your first unholy+frost pair is almost off-CD and you will have enough runic power for one(two) Frost Strike. Then you have two Death Runes and two pairs of Unholy+Frost runes, that is three Obliterates. Blood Strike, Pestilence and repeat. You will use Blood Runes once for Blood Strike+Pestilence, next time for Obliterate and so on.

Don't forget to put in those Frost Strikes between using runes, to maximize effect of Killing Machine talent and so Runic power don't go to waste being at maximum.

Use Blood Tap to convert Blood rune for Unbreakable Armor, so your rotation don't go in weird direction.

What you need is experience, just play, no one goes on first raid with maximum skill, you grow it over time. Just play it and at one moment you will realize it comes to you automatically. No one can teach you anything better than you yourself, be open to new things, try different talents, tactics until you find one that suits you.

Most important is to understand WHY you are doing this or that, not that "IT+PS+Obl..bla ..bla" zombie "guides" for robots.
