Lordaeron Server Transfer from Lordaeron?

Hi and sorry if this is already answered. I did a quick search in the Q&A and didn't find anything in the sticky posts.

I am wondering if it is possible to transfer characters from the Lordaeron server? It is always full with quite a long queue and I would like to spread out the population more by joining a slightly lower population server (Icecrown). I hate it when one server is full and another is dead (poor Blackrock).

Sorry, is it possible to transfer from Lordaeron to Icecrown?
