Yes i have a character with 5.5k achievement points and the same thing happened to me.

Same here, i am not able to collect now. From Envoy to Agent... maybe when they merged the server we have been all banned?... yesterday was ok.

Fixed for me, still shows Agent, but I got my 1.1 points when I clicked on collect.

yeah I got it also and same status still agent. I think you can collect the points within 24 hours from the time you collected it.

The first time you collect points, everything goes to normal. Activity rank, Achievement points, etc. It's just a visual glitch that gets self-fixed upon collection.
